Our mission is to simplify financial services through cutting\-edge products that create real value for our clients and their members. **www.blossom.net** We're looking for a **Junior Product Owner** who is passionate about building digital products, collaborating with cross\-functional teams, and transforming business needs into valuable product experiences. **About the Role** ------------------ As a **Junior Product Owner**, you will work closely with Product Managers, Design, Development, and QA teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful product delivery. You'll be involved throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap planning to production releases—helping build solutions that create measurable business impact. **Requirements** ---------------- * **Must be currently located in Colombia.** * **1–2 years of experience** as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar product\-focused role. * Experience creating and managing **Product Roadmaps**. * Experience writing and managing **User Stories**, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs. * Experience participating in **product releases to production** and supporting the end\-to\-end product lifecycle. * Experience working with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies. * Experience using **Jira** or similar project management tools. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. * **Advanced English (B2 or higher).** ### **Nice to Have** * Scrum Master or Product Owner certification. * Experience working with fintech, banking, or SaaS products. * Experience collaborating with UX/UI, QA, and software development teams. **Perks** --------- * 100% Remote Work. * Multicultural Environment. * Be part of a fast\-growing fintech building innovative products. * Continuous learning and professional growth. * Work alongside experienced Product, Design, and Engineering teams. ### **Apply Now!**
