### **Company: CORPROGRESO** Fees: $ 8,470,000 Contract: Service agreement contract Duration: 4 months Location: PARATEBUENO, Colombia Active until: November 30, 2025 Professional license is mandatory Professional / Knowledge area: Civil Engineering and related fields ARCHITECT CADAstral ENGINEER AND GEODETIC ENGINEER GEOGRAPHIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER SURVEYING ENGINEER Experience: 3 Years ### **GENERAL DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a professional in surveying engineering, agronomic engineering, cadastral and geodetic engineering, mining engineering, agronomic engineering, architecture, geography, civil engineering and/or related fields with a valid Professional License and postgraduate specialization in areas or topics related to the contractual object, and certified professional experience of at least thirty-two (32) months, with general knowledge of current regulations regarding the implementation of the Comprehensive Rural Reform. • Knowledge of differential approach, gender approach, and do-no-harm principles. Knowledge of cadastral and land-use planning regulations • Ability to write texts and written documents • Social commitment and ability to work effectively and harmoniously in multicultural environments • Assertive communication • Willingness, cordiality, composure, respect, and collaboration with all individuals or organizations they interact with • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. • Ability to manage and coordinate processes at departmental, municipal, and local levels. • Capacity to work under pressure, negotiate, and coordinate efforts.
