DESCRIPTION At Eosol, we are looking for a Quality Supervisor responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, construction procedures, and contractual requirements throughout the execution of electromechanical installation activities. **Requirements:** Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Experience in quality supervision or control for electromechanical installations in the electrical sector. Proven experience in high-voltage electrical substation projects. Experience in inspection of electrical equipment, structures, switchboards, control and protection systems. Experience in reviewing technical documentation and managing quality records. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and verify the quality of electromechanical installation work in high-voltage electrical substations. * Conduct quality inspections during receiving, installation, assembly, and mounting of electrical equipment. * Verify compliance with construction procedures, technical specifications, drawings, and standards. * Monitor and control Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). * Supervise activities related to GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) equipment installation, ensuring adherence to established quality procedures. * Manage quality records, inspection protocols, checklists, and project technical documentation. * Identify, record, and track Non-Conformities (NCRs), promoting corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate inspections with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. * Verify proper preservation, storage, and handling of materials and equipment on site. * Participate in internal and external quality audits. * Support the preparation and consolidation of the Quality Dossier for final project delivery.
