Collaborate with commercial teams and internal stakeholders BPOD Latam is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. **Role Mission** This position will be mainly focused on generating and maintaining Salesforce reports, developing and analyzing Power BI dashboards, and processing and tracking orders in Salesforce to support the commercial operation. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI. * Analyze commercial and financial data to provide insights and support business decision\-making. * Process and track commercial orders within Salesforce. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy. * Identify opportunities for process, tools, and data visualization improvements. * Collaborate with commercial teams and internal stakeholders to optimize operations. **Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, commercial analysis, or similar roles. * Hands\-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI (required). * Advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical profile with high attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively. * Bilingual proficiency in English (required).
