This role encompasses leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement responsibilities in complex environments with broad organizational impact. #### **Accountability** Data Discovery * Identify business requirements and translate them into project deliverables. This includes driving collaboration across stakeholders and delivering results under tight deadlines. * Gather and interpret key metrics to define project scope and constraints. Data Analysis \& Reporting * Track project KPIs and performance indicators to inform delivery status. This includes driving collaboration across stakeholders and delivering results under tight deadlines. **Education / Experience / Other Information** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM II or higher) * Preferred: Certification in SAFe, LeSS or Disciplined Agile. **Experience** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile roles, including at least 2 in team leadership. * Proven track record of delivering data products or solutions in the banking or financial services industry, with knowledge of international banking regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II, or equivalent). * Hands\-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and data engineering workflows (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Proven experience in organizational agile transformation. **Skills** * Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to bridge technical and business teams. * Strong problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution abilities in high\-pressure environments. * Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application to data engineering projects. * Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and data\-driven delivery. * Knowledge of agile metrics and data visualization. **Preferred** * Agile Coaching Certification (ICP\-ACC, Agile Coach). * Experience in agile portfolio management * Knowledge of OKRs and value\-based management. **Working Conditions** Work in a standard office\-based environment, with standard hours.
