We are looking for an experienced **Record to Report Senior Analyst** to lead a small team and ensure the accurate execution of accounting and financial reporting activities. This role combines hands\-on accounting responsibilities with team oversight, process improvement, and stakeholder management. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and review the work of a small accounting team. * Prepare, review, and post journal entries. * Perform complex balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. * Execute month\-end close activities and ensure timely financial reporting. * Prepare and post provisions and accruals. * Review and report SOX controls compliance. * Upload financial data, metrics, and journal entries into Hyperion. * Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables. * Analyze issues, identify risks, and drive resolutions. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to support business objectives. * Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and compliance with data protection policies. ### **Requirements** * Experience in **Record to Report (R2R)** processes and month\-end close activities. * Advanced English * Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, provisions, and SOX controls. * Leadership experience, including reviewing and guiding team deliverables. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **Hyperion**, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools. * Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on quality and process optimization. * Ability to build effective relationships with clients and cross\-functional teams.
