This role includes: * Leading functional analysis in Salesforce/Vlocity projects. * Defining functional architecture for insurance-sector projects. * Mentoring and supervising junior and mid-level Business Analysts. * Engaging with senior-level stakeholders. * Designing migration and cutover strategies. * Applying Design Thinking techniques to define solutions. * Contributing to the preparation of RFPs/SOWs. * Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across departments and technology vendors as required by the project. **Requirements** * +5 years of experience in the insurance sector. * 3 or more end-to-end implementations of Salesforce FSC/Vlocity. * Experience leading teams of Business Analysts. * Knowledge of ACORD models. * Experience in core projects in LATAM. * Advanced Salesforce FSC and Vlocity (CPQ/Claims). * Knowledge of ACORD Standards and Change Management. * Integration architecture and Process Mining. * Language skills will be considered an asset. **Additional Information** **Terms:** * Permanent contract. * Remote work modality. * Salary negotiable based on experience. **At Inetum, we value people and offer benefits that promote holistic well-being:** ✔ Well-being and personal development activities. ✔ Emotional salary: beyond financial compensation, we care about your quality of life.
