This role includes: * Leading functional analysis in Salesforce/Vlocity projects. * Defining functional architecture for insurance sector projects. * Mentoring and supervision of junior and mid-level Business Analysts. * Engaging with senior-level stakeholders. * Designing migration and cutover strategy. * Applying Design Thinking techniques to define solutions. * Contributing to RFP/SOW development. * Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across departments and technology vendors as required by the project. **Profile** \+5 years of experience in the insurance sector. * 3 or more end\-to\-end implementations of Salesforce FSC/Vlocity. * Experience leading teams of Business Analysts. * Knowledge of ACORD models. * Experience in core projects in LATAM. * Advanced Salesforce FSC and Vlocity (CPQ/Claims). * Knowledge of ACORD Standards and Change Management. * Integration architecture and Process Mining. * Language skills will be valued. **About Inetum****INETUM** *We are an international, agile digital consulting firm.
