Collaborate across multiple teams in Agile environments We are seeking a **Senior Data Analyst** to join our Marketing Finance program as a key contributor responsible for designing, maintaining and evolving the Anaplan\-based model that supports marketing spend operations as well as ROI forecasting and reporting and its connected data ecosystem. This role combines deep Anaplan model\-building expertise with strong data integration knowledge to ensure marketing, finance and operational data flows seamlessly across Anaplan, Workfront, Snowflake and Tableau. **Responsibilities** * Design, maintain and evolve the Anaplan\-based model supporting marketing spend operations, ROI forecasting and reporting * Ensure marketing, finance and operational data flows seamlessly across Anaplan, Workfront, Snowflake and Tableau * Extend the model to new Marketing business segments and use cases * Translate real\-world budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation processes into scalable connected planning solutions * Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives while balancing short\-term needs with long\-term strategy * Collaborate across multiple teams within Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban methodologies * Apply analytical thinking and technical analysis to support data manipulation needs **Requirements** * 2\+ years of Anaplan model\-building experience with a minimum Level 2 Model Builder Certification * Background in integrating large\-scale ERPs such as SAP BPC, SAC and HANA or Oracle * Experience working in Agile environments including Scrum and Kanban * Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, Power BI or Qlik * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives while balancing short\-term needs with long\-term strategy * Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis and data manipulation skills * Fluent communication skills in English at a B2\+ level **Nice to have** * Level 3 Certification * Experience in at least one full Anaplan implementation cycle **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
