We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Data Scientist** with expertise in **Generative AI, machine learning, and agentic systems** to drive enterprise\-wide automation and intelligent decision\-making. This role combines deep technical capabilities with strategic thinking to identify, design, and implement scalable AI solutions across business operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze enterprise\-wide business processes, subprocesses, and task\-level activities to identify automation opportunities * Design and implement AI\-driven strategies using **GenAI and agentic systems** to optimize operations * Develop architecture mappings and frameworks for scalable, intelligent automation across domains such as procurement, inventory, and operations * Translate business needs into actionable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals * Design, build, and deploy **machine learning and NLP models** for real\-world business applications * Develop **GPT\-based solutions**, including: + Text generation and summarization + Contextual search and embeddings + Multilingual translation systems * Continuously improve model performance, scalability, and accuracy * Build and maintain **end\-to\-end data pipelines** to support AI and analytics workflows * Develop dashboards and reporting tools for **real\-time monitoring and decision\-making** * Perform data analysis, validation, and optimization in production environments * Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily **Azure**) * **Technical Skills** * Strong experience in **Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI** * Experience with **GPT models, embeddings, and LLM\-based architectures** * Proficiency in **Python, SQL, and data engineering tools** * Hands\-on experience with **Azure or similar cloud platforms** * Experience building **data pipelines and analytics dashboards** * Ability to map business processes to AI\-driven solutions * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities * Experience driving **enterprise automation initiatives** Blanc Labs is enabling a digital future.
