Sr Analyst\- Presales The Role We’re looking for a Sr Analyst\- Presales to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Director. In this role, you’ll help shape how we design, plan, and deliver technical solutions by aligning client needs with product capabilities, ensuring clear scope, strong coordination, and on\-time execution. What You’ll Do* Support the design of technical solution approaches aligned with client, product, and business requirements. * Prepare clear documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), defining scope, responsibilities, assumptions, and delivery guidelines. * Build project estimates covering cost, timelines, and resource needs, ensuring alignment with business expectations. * Manage and maintain project plans and resource allocation in OpenAir, coordinating closely with internal teams. * Contribute to portfolio and demand management by maintaining visibility into priorities, risks, timelines, and delivery progress. What You’ll Bring* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. * Experience supporting technical solution design, project planning, or delivery in a client\-facing environment. * Strong ability to translate business and technical requirements into structured documentation and execution plans. * Experience working with project estimation, scheduling, and resource planning tools (OpenAir or similar). * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, sales, and delivery teams. Nice to Have* Experience supporting sales or pre\-sales activities, including proposals and contract follow\-up. * Ability to build data\-driven dashboards or reports (e.g., Power BI) to support decision\-making. * Exposure to portfolio management, demand planning, or PMO\-related activities.
