That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us. **Your Role:** Judicante for the Legal and Data Privacy area Key Responsibilities: You will draft and review service agreements for Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Panama. As well as distribution agreements for Central American countries (Healthcare) Drafting and reviewing distribution agreements for Colombia (Life Science) Reviewing tender documents; reviewing supplier onboarding templates related to personal data processing. Submitting and uploading information for reporting to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce regarding personal data matters. Drafting minutes of Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meetings **Who You Are:** Law student who has completed most coursework and is awaiting commencement of judicial internship English B1 (comprehension and reading) Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies applied to information analysis. Ability to clearly communicate findings and collaborate effectively in teams.
