This position is for SUPPLA S.A **Role Description** ----------------------- Ensure that the conditioning area equipment is in optimal working, maintenance, and qualification status. **Requirements** -------------- * Technologist in electrical maintenance, electromechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment (wrapping machines, sealers, packagers), repairs on various machines. * Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity, reading of electrical and mechanical drawings, report preparation. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise the proper operation of machinery by technical personnel, ensuring the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Schedule necessary repairs, managing time, suppliers, quotations, and other aspects. * Schedule IQ, OQ, and PQ qualification tests for equipment. * Ensure equipment calibration validity. * Participate in equipment failure analyses and propose actions aimed at eliminating root causes. * Assist in the preparation of technical and management reports. * Assist in proposing ideas for improvement with impact on productivity and cost.
