Main Responsibilities: Identification, analysis, and evaluation of tendering processes and public and private procurement opportunities. Tactical and operational execution of all stages in the tender cycle: proposal preparation, requirement verification, contract legalization, and post-award follow-up. Preparation of contracts and nationwide renewals of 'Otros Si' agreements. Comprehensive management of contractual risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the company’s interests.
