Ability to analyze, plan, organize, and direct commercial strategies aimed at participating in contractual and tendering processes. Thorough knowledge of contractual regulations and familiarity with transactional platforms such as SECOP I, SECOP II, licitaciones.info. Skills to structure high-level technical, economic, and legal proposals, ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements and current legal standards. Proactive mindset with a focus on generating new business opportunities, strengthening the company's commercial activities. Main Responsibilities: Identification, analysis, and evaluation of tendering processes and public and private procurement opportunities. Tactical and operational execution of all stages in the tender cycle: proposal preparation, requirement verification, contract legalization, and post-award follow-up. Preparation of contracts and nationwide renewals of 'Otros Si' agreements. Comprehensive management of contractual risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the company’s interests. Strategic support to the sales team by identifying synergies between sales activities and tendering processes. Drive sustainable growth and commercial expansion through active and competitive participation in public and private procurement markets. Management and data cleansing in the Siigo system for nationwide invoicing orders. Monitoring of executed work versus invoiced services in the biomedical engineering department.
