As a Digital Trafficker at Baterías Colombia, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns. Your daily tasks will include setting up campaigns, monitoring their performance, and adjusting strategies to maximize results. This is a full-time position and will be performed on-site at our offices located in Bogotá, D.C. Requirements * Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on it. * Strong communication skills to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders. * Experience in digital advertising operations and campaign management. * Knowledge in creating and managing advertising campaigns to ensure their success. * Additional qualities such as teamwork, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset will be highly valued. * Proven experience as a Digital Trafficker, Media Buyer, or in a similar role, with a track record of generating high-quality leads. * Advanced proficiency in advertising platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Technical knowledge in setting up custom conversion events, especially for phone calls and WhatsApp. * Strong analytical ability and skill in interpreting data to make strategic decisions. * Experience managing websites on WordPress (plugin configuration, pixel installation, etc.). * Proactive individual with initiative to propose new ideas and solutions. * Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.
