Through assigned activities, you will learn clinical research management within the country from the sponsor’s perspective, including document management, support for site start-up, and local regulatory compliance. **These are some of the responsibilities you will carry out as an intern** * Document management (Document management) * Prepare documents and correspondence related to the clinical trial, learning formats, versions, and review workflows required by the sponsor. * Distribute/send and archive clinical documents (e.g., eTMF), gaining hands-on experience in the structure and maintenance of the trial master file. * Support eTMF reconciliation by identifying missing documents and contributing to gap-closure workflows. * Obtain, register, and update GCP certificates from institutions, learning the legal requirements in the country. * Meeting planning * Organize meetings related to the country’s regulatory topics. * Draft minutes and follow up on agreed actions, facilitating internal communication. * Maintain and contribute to improvements in internal processes for clinical research. **What you need to consider when applying:** * Be a student in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Nursing, Microbiology, Communications, or related fields. * Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI * Intermediate/Advanced English * Hybrid model: 3 days in the office.
