Key Functions: * Manage and plan birthday celebrations. * Organize quarterly spaces. * Support logistics for onboarding processes. * Provide administrative and billing support. * Coordinate corporate and executive events. * Manage memorable moments. * Monitor management indicators related to workplace climate and culture. * Track completion of training activities. * Support calendar management. * Coordinate event logistics and the **VP's** schedule. * Provide administrative and technological support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in **administrative roles**. * Preferred background in **technology-related fields**: student, technician, or technologist. * Highly **proactive**, organized, and adaptable individual. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with various members of the management team. * Ability to manage administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks.
