Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Cashier with a service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and secure operations, managing the cash register, overseeing sales, coordinating inventory, and leading point-of-sale staff. Key role in customer experience and standards compliance At **Dekarla S.A.S**, commercially known as **Autopan**, we have been offering artisanal bakery, pastry, and culinary products for over 30 years—crafted with high quality standards and tradition. We operate 9 points of sale in northern Bogotá, focused on delivering a close and trustworthy experience to our customers. We seek a responsible, organized, and service-oriented Cashier who ensures efficient and secure operations across our points of sale. Your role will be critical in guaranteeing proper commercial, administrative, and operational management, delivering a satisfying customer experience while ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Register sales in the system, handle cash, and maintain an up-to-date cash reconciliation. * Supervise sales via applications (e.g., Rappi) and control their deposit into the cash register. * Manage invoicing, supplier payments, and filing of operational documentation. * Coordinate orders of supplies, products, and raw materials for the point of sale. * Supervise product display and perform daily inventory counts. * Coordinate product transfers between points of sale and production plant. * Ensure compliance with cleaning, BPM, hygiene, and occupational safety standards. * Report daily sales, operational updates, and submit documentation to accounting. * Lead point-of-sale staff, ensure fulfillment of their duties, and participate in training sessions. * Comply with internal policies and report health status per SST regulations. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year in artisanal or industrial bakery. Education: High school diploma. Technical training in bakery or food production is desirable. Knowledge: Food handling, BPM, baking processes, basic formulation.
