**Position: Engineering Assistant** Medellin **Job Profile:** **Education Level:** * **Technologist** in electricity, electronics, electrical or industrial maintenance, or recently graduated **Electrical Engineer.** **Specific experience of 3 years** * Experience in **primary, secondary, or public lighting network works** (installation, maintenance, or repair of luminaires). * Experience in **personnel management, crew scheduling, and preparation of technical reports.** * **Excellent proficiency in office tools** (Word, Excel) and technical software (AutoCAD). **Technical knowledge and required skills:** * Application of **RETIE and RETILAP standards** for works on electrical power distribution networks up to 13\.2 kV. * Basic knowledge of **Occupational Health** and **first aid** to respond to emergencies. * Ability to **interpret electrical and public lighting designs and blueprints.** * Knowledge of **electrical materials** and network construction standards. * Skill in **managing human and technical resources.** * **Service-oriented**, effective communication, and commitment to safety. * Willingness to work in the field under operational conditions. **Personal competencies:** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail. * Results-oriented and adherence to technical standards.
