Requirements ✔ Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ✔ Specialization in Human Talent Management, Human Talent Management Leadership, or related areas (preferred). ✔ Minimum of **3 years** of experience coordinating human talent processes, preferably in the **healthcare sector**. ✔ Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation, the General Social Security System, and current regulations. ✔ Experience in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, occupational well-being, training, performance evaluation, payroll, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). ✔ Proficiency in management indicators and Microsoft Office tools. ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise Human Talent area processes. * Lead personnel recruitment, hiring, contracting, and onboarding processes. * Coordinate training, occupational well-being, and organizational development programs. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal institutional procedures. * Monitor Human Talent area management indicators and propose improvement actions. * Support various departments in human talent management and strengthening the organizational climate. * Coordinate performance evaluations and staff development plans. * Ensure adherence to institutional policies and organizational culture.
