Ensure accurate completion of records and supporting documentation A major healthcare institution requires a Pharmacy Regent responsible for verifying and monitoring the operational functioning of the Pharmaceutical Service, ensuring proper dispensing, storage, and control of medications in compliance with current regulations, accreditation standards, and quality and patient safety policies. * Main Responsibilities Execute and supervise procedures of the Pharmaceutical Service and accreditation standards. Monitor inventories, drug rotation, and expiration dates. Supervise receipt, storage, and dispensing of hospital medications. Monitor and record controlled drugs and those under state monopoly. Support preparation of reports to the Ministry of Health and the National Narcotics Fund. Inspect medication carts and crash carts across various hospital departments. Coordinate and support auxiliary staff of the Pharmaceutical Service. Ensure accurate completion of records, forms, and billing documentation. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of equipment and instruments. Report incidents and support internal and external audits. Comply with assigned work shifts and schedules. * Requirements Education: Technician in Pharmacy Regulation. Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharmacy regulation, preferably in hospital settings. Knowledge of current pharmaceutical regulations and inventory control. Work Location: On-site employment
