Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Development Technologist for architecture and engineering projects to prepare precise and detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations. Key Highlights: 1. Support for architecture, engineering, and maintenance projects. We seek a Graphic Development Technologist for architecture and engineering projects—or related fields—with at least six months of experience in similar positions. Job Objective To prepare technical drawings and 3D visualizations that clearly and accurately represent project technical guidelines, based on information provided by the engineering team. Requirements * Proficiency in Autodesk (Revit, AutoCAD, ACC, BIM Collaborate Pro), SketchUp, V-Ray, and Office. * Experience preparing and interpreting technical drawings. * Knowledge of electrical, hydrosanitary, and fire suppression systems. * Main Responsibilities * Conduct surveys and prepare 2D and 3D CAD drawings. * Develop sketches in a BIM environment (implementation forthcoming). * Prepare electrical, hydrosanitary, and fire suppression system drawings. * Produce renders and technical visualizations. * Calculate construction quantities based on drawings. * Review and verify technical information contained in drawings. * Support architecture, engineering, and maintenance projects.
