Join us and help run what runs the world. **This position reports to:** Project Manager \_\_ **Your Role and Responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to procure materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure procurement activities align with corporate procurement policies and procedures. You will also demonstrate your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team. The work model for this role is: hybrid This role contributes to ELDS in Colombia. Key stakeholders are internal and external, including customers. You will be primarily responsible for: * Initiating purchase orders in the system, in accordance with purchase requisitions and aligned with standard procedures, and confirming deliveries with suppliers, while monitoring and tracking supplier performance against purchase order requirements. * Negotiating agreements with key suppliers and periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions. * Recommending framework agreements to management and executing them upon approval. * Analyzing and evaluating proposals to determine optimal value. **Our Team Dynamic** You will join a dynamic, talented, and high-performing team where you can thrive. **Qualifications for the Role** * You are passionate about strong communication and interpersonal skills, possess excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * You have extensive experience with SAP and SAP Ariba, and experience in the electrification market. * Demonstrated 3+ years of experience managing procurement and sourcing activities in industrial, oil & gas, and utilities markets, with a proven track record in supplier management and contract negotiations. * Strong proficiency in SAP, with advanced skills in procurement, purchasing, materials management, reporting, and supplier lifecycle management. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. * You communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
