This opportunity is on-site. **The Role.** Wood Colombia is seeking an electrical engineer or related professional with 10 to 15 years of specific experience in engineering projects within the Oil \& Gas sector to serve as an electrical engineer. Work location: Bogotá. Proficiency in tools such as: Office Suite, Microsoft 365, Autodesk DWG Trueview \- Autodesk Navisworks Freedom, Fusionlive, ETAP, DIALUX, 7\-Zip, Adobe Acrobat Reader. **Our Clients and Projects.** Designing the future. Report and communicate any scope changes identified. * Coordinate and develop terms of reference and bid evaluations for subcontracts generated within the project relating to specific electrical discipline topics. * Maintain design integrity in accordance with established standards and guidelines, ensuring technical consistency and accuracy across all designs. * Attend scheduled workshops during project execution, such as Peer Review, Constructibility, and Design Review. It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. **Requirements:** * Colombian Technical Regulation for Electrical Installations (RETIE), NTC2050, NFPA70, API500 and other national and international standards applicable to the electrical discipline. * Development of electrical discipline scope deliverables, such as: design criteria, specifications, data sheets, requisitions, calculations, single-line diagrams, layout drawings, studies, among others. * Interdisciplinary documents for project integrity (review). * Technical administration of subcontracts. * Cathodic protection. * Resistivity and electrical studies, among others. * Technical knowledge necessary to provide immediate solutions to clients. * Advanced ETAP and DIALUX software proficiency. * Minimum English proficiency of 75% preferred. **Desirable:** * Positive attitude and teamwork orientation. * Communication and active listening skills. * Initiative. * Attention to detail. * Results-oriented mindset. * Leadership.
