DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to hire **Electrical Engineers** to participate in an engineering and electrical distribution project in Bogotá. The selected candidate will be involved in surveying, diagnostics, calculations, and design of medium- and low-voltage networks and public lighting systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define the scope of activities for surveying, verification, and diagnostics of networks. * Perform electrical calculations and designs for MV and LV networks. * Conduct protection coordination analyses. * Determine optimal locations for switching and control equipment. * Prepare material and labor cost estimates. * Develop technical-economic alternatives. * Prepare technical reports and detailed engineering documentation. * Perform electrical network modeling and analysis. * Conduct load flow and short-circuit analyses. * Apply criteria established by RETIE and RETILAP. * Review and validate technical documentation. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Professional license issued by ACIEM or equivalent, officially recognized in Colombia. * For design engineering profiles: minimum 3 years of certified experience in surveying, diagnostics, and design of medium- and low-voltage networks. * For at least one design engineer: 5 years of certified experience in design and calculations related to utilization curves, load trees, foundations, network modeling, lightning protection systems, insulation coordination, protection systems, load flows, and short circuits. * Knowledge of RETIE and RETILAP. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in specialized simulation and drafting tools. * Knowledge of industrial safety and risks associated with working on electrical networks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with ENEL * Experience with overhead and underground 11.4 kV and 34.5 kV networks. * Experience in public lighting. * Experience in electrical distribution projects. * Knowledge of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems. **Why Join Eosol Group?** We are a company that values its people.
