Inconsistency management and tracking within client systems JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to hire a **Field Survey Supervisor/Technologist and Support** to supervise and coordinate field and administrative activities associated with an electricity distribution project in Bogotá. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise field survey activities. * Supervise compliance with operational and safety procedures. * Perform quality control of work outputs. * Provide on-site technical advisory. * Carry out supporting administrative tasks. * Conduct quality control inspections. * Manage and track chargebacks within client systems. * Identify and manage inconsistencies between recorded information and on-site reality. * Track issues until information updates are reflected in the relevant systems. **Requirements:** * Certified Technologist or completion of the seventh semester of Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. * Certified Technicians with over 5 years of experience in MV and LV network surveying may also be considered. * Minimum **3 years of certified experience** for Technologists or **5 years for Technicians** in MV and LV network surveying, maintenance, and/or construction. * Experience with industrial safety procedures. * Knowledge of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety (OH&S) standards. * Competency certificate issued by SENA or Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with ENEL **Why Join Eosol Group?** We are a company that values its people.
