A prominent company is seeking entry-level personnel for its team to fill the position of Food Engineering Intern. Academic background: currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Engineering. Specific responsibilities:
-Support monitoring and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
-Monitor hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection conditions of areas, equipment, and utensils.
-Verify storage, preservation, and handling conditions of raw materials and finished products.
-Monitor temperature conditions and cold chain integrity.
-Support incoming raw material inspection by verifying quality, expiration dates, batch numbers, and product condition.
Required Knowledge:
-Food handling and food safety.
-Food quality control.
-Basic understanding of food production and processing operations.
-Quality and food safety management systems.
-Ability to conduct inspections and process monitoring.
-Basic proficiency in office software, particularly Excel.
-Ability to interpret and complete records and forms.
-Process analysis and improvement.
