Our business model focuses on customer satisfaction and sustainable development, meaning it is economically viable, respects people, and is environmentally friendly and responsible. **General objective of the role/position** Fulfill the mining and production plan while guaranteeing product quality by efficiently using resources within the framework of the sustainability policy, contributing through work capacity in mining activities, equipment operation, and supporting equipment reliability.**Responsibilities of the role/position** Equipment Operation: * Operate the Equipment. * Hold articulated four-point certification. * Agree with the Immediate Supervisor on the tasks to be performed in the work area. * Continuously communicate equipment and operational updates to the Immediate Supervisor. * Move the equipment to the work front. * Coordinate with operators of other equipment units the working methods at the work front. * Verify safety conditions at the work site and report any anomalies. * Perform cleaning of the work front. * Position equipment properly for refueling. * Follow daily procedures for equipment startup, engine warm-up, and shutdown. * Complete the daily equipment operation log during the shift and close and deliver it to the Immediate Supervisor at the end of the shift. * Prepare equipment checklists. * Diagnose the condition of the equipment. * Perform support activities in equipment maintenance. * Clean and check oil and water levels, inspect tires, batteries, filters, and refuel. * Drive equipment to external workshops. * Protect production equipment by feeding materials that meet specifications (oversized materials, foreign objects, trash, high moisture, etc.). Bulldozer (Tractor) Equipment: * Periodically walk around and inspect the tractor and work area during the shift. * Restack raw material piles at the plant. * Clean drilling areas. * Clean the loading yard, remove, select, and align oversized materials, rip riprap, and remove debris. * Feed and maintain material loading. * Define slopes and levels. * Clean dump sites and intermediate storage areas. * Make slope cuts. * Construct access roads in the mine. * Remove topsoil, organic material, black soil, and grass. * Assist in unblocking other equipment. * Build, correct, and perform maintenance on mine roads, ditches, slopes, tunnels, drains, and other infrastructure works. * Level the floor of the coal, additive, and gypsum unloading yard. * Mix materials according to required specifications and established procedures. **Responsibilities of the role/position** Bulldozer (Tractor) Equipment: * Periodically walk around and inspect the tractor and work area during the shift. * Restack raw material piles at the plant. * Clean drilling areas. * Clean the loading yard, remove, select, and align oversized materials, rip riprap, and remove debris. * Feed and maintain material loading. * Define slopes and levels. * Clean dump sites and intermediate storage areas. * Make slope cuts. * Construct access roads in the mine. * Remove topsoil, organic material, black soil, and grass. * Assist in unblocking other equipment. * Build, correct, and perform maintenance on mine roads, ditches, slopes, tunnels, drains, and other infrastructure works. * Level the floor of the coal, additive, and gypsum unloading yard. * Mix materials according to required specifications and established procedures. Loader Equipment: * Feed, restack, dose, and/or homogenize materials. * Remove material spilled from dump trucks and road obstacles. * Restack raw material piles at the plant. * Clean the loading yard, remove, select, and align oversized materials, and remove debris. * Assist in unblocking other equipment. * Sort oversized materials according to quality and size. * Identify material and load dump trucks. * Safely assist in explosive injection into drill holes where the explosive injection equipment platform cannot reach. * Support deflagration operations and remain alert for material falling from the deflagrated front. * Perform loading (manually or via remote control) and unloading maneuvers for materials. * Configure operating and working conditions on the loader (variable-capacity torque converter, RPM Config. - 33, Loading Level Config.). * Feed, restack, dose, and/or homogenize materials. * Load trips of material, debris, refractory bricks, waste, and garbage, and unload them at the final disposal site. * Clean and transport rejects from coal mills. * Transport equipment that cannot be moved with a forklift. * Level the floor of the coal, additive, and gypsum unloading yard. * Mix materials according to required specifications and established procedures. * Clean packing machine rails and cement silos. **Education** Technical degree in diesel mechanics, heavy equipment operation, heavy machinery, or high school diploma with courses in heavy machinery or tractor operation. **Technical knowledge and certifications** Heavy equipment operation, light and heavy vehicles.**Experience area** 0\-3 years We are an equal opportunity employer.
