Position Summary: We are seeking an OHS Inspector to supervise and control operational safety at the plant, manage work permits, and promote compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Strong sense of commitment and responsibility in OHS MyM Ingeniería S.A.S. is looking for an **OHS Inspector** to perform duties primarily at the **plant**, providing supervision and control over safety conditions during operational activities. Main Responsibilities * Conduct daily plant inspections and supervision. * **Review, prepare, and manage work permits.** * Verify compliance with safety procedures. * Verify proper use of PPE. * Conduct inspections of areas, tools, and equipment. * Complete checklists and pre-operational inspections. * Identify unsafe conditions and acts and follow up on their correction. * Support incident and accident investigation and reporting. * Promote compliance with OHS standards and procedures. Profile We Are Seeking * **Experience as an OHS Inspector**, preferably in industrial or plant environments. * Demonstrable experience in **preparing and reviewing work permits**. * Good communication skills and ability to interact with workers and supervisors. * **Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.** * Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. * Ability to identify risks and act promptly. * Valid OHS license. * 50-hour SG\-SST course. Schedule: (Full commitment to punctuality required) Monday to Friday, 7 AM \- 4 PM Saturday, 7 AM \- 12 PM Sundays and holidays: schedule as required Workplace: On-site employment
