Coordinate audits and manage continuous process improvement **We are looking for talent in Cali!** **INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROFESSIONAL** **Cali, Colombia \| On-site** **Temporary contract: 6 months** We are seeking a professional to lead and strengthen the **Integrated Management System (IMS)**, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, audits, and continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** * Technician or professional in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year of experience in roles related to IMS**. * Certification as an **Internal Auditor** for management systems. * Knowledge of **BASC, ISO 28000, and OEA**. * Experience in audits, document management, KPIs, risk management, and action plans. **Key Challenges:** * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Maintain the IMS documentation system up to date. * Manage risks, KPIs, and improvement opportunities. * Lead action plans and follow-up on audit findings. * Support the adoption of new regulations and technological solutions.
