Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead strategic projects, strengthen institutional partnerships, and contribute to the development of high-impact programs in the educational and social sectors. We seek a professional with experience in institutional relationship management, project management, and coordination of educational or social programs, who enjoys building alliances, leading teams, and generating impact through articulation with public, private, and academic entities. If you are passionate about strategic management, collaborative work, and building relationships that transform organizations and communities, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements:** Professional degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Law, Social Communication, International Relations, International Business, Political Science, Industrial Engineering, and/or related fields. **Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to:** * Institutional relations. * Educational management. * Social management. * Project management. * Program coordination. * Agreement administration. Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar is desirable. Intermediate Office skills. **Employment Conditions:** * **Contract:** Fixed-term initially for 6 months, followed by an indefinite contract based on performance. * **Salary:** $4\.800\.000 plus statutory benefits. * **Food allowance:** $253\.000. * **Snack allowance:** $4\.000 per working day under remote work modality (when applicable). * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:20 PM. * **Work modality:** In-person. * **Location:** Bogotá \- Normandía **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, plan, and coordinate training and development programs. * Manage and strengthen relationships with public, private, trade association, and academic entities. * Lead the structuring and monitoring of interinstitutional agreements and partnerships. * Coordinate national-level educational projects and training programs. * Administer the budget assigned to training programs and monitor its execution. * Prepare management reports, indicators, and executive summaries. * Coordinate events, meetings, seminars, and institutional activities. * Represent the organization at meetings, working groups, and institutional events. * Manage co-financing projects with national and international entities. * Lead and develop the assigned team. You will have the opportunity to lead strategic projects, strengthen institutional partnerships, and contribute to the development of high-impact programs, working closely with entities from the public, private, and academic sectors.
