Develop and monitor internal control management indicators **ERCOL LTDA.** is looking for an **Internal Control Leader** with strategic vision, analytical capability, and leadership to strengthen our internal control system and enhance our team. **We offer:** * Salary of **$3,276,000** \+ transportation allowance and statutory benefits. * Indefinite-term contract directly with the company. * Meal service (breakfast and lunch). * Paid 31st day, where applicable. * Birthday afternoon off. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in roles related to **internal control**, **audit control**, **indicator development and analysis**. * Excel proficiency level: **Advanced.** . **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead internal and external audit processes. * Monitor improvement plans arising from internal and external audits and submit audit reports, findings, and corrective action measures to company management. * Develop and monitor internal control management indicators related to raw material and administrative services control. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday until 4:30 PM.
