Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory and Supply Analyst to strategically manage the inventory and national supply cycle, ensuring optimal product availability. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for our new *Inventory and Supply Analyst*, whose objective will be to strategically manage the inventory and national supply cycle, guaranteeing optimal product availability through data analysis, rigorous KPI monitoring, and direct supervision of asset integrity across all distribution centers (hubs). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in inventory analysis, demand planning, or logistics auditing roles. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Offer * Employment type: Indefinite-term contract * Salary offer: Base salary $2\.200\.000 \+ performance bonus (inventory management) * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Work mode: On-site at offices *Near San Andresito Norte* Main Responsibilities * *Strategic Management:* Analyze demand trends to plan and execute efficient supply actions, preventing stockouts and overstocking. * *Auditing and Control:* Lead on-site audit programs at hubs, ensuring compliance with inventory protocols and physical vs. system stock integrity. * *Data Analysis:* Manage performance indicators (ERI, service levels, replenishment times) and present results reports to management. * *Supplier Management:* Coordinate with suppliers on service levels and delivery timelines, resolving operational incidents. * *Optimization:* Implement process improvements in warehouse operations and control methodologies to ensure operational efficiency. * ***Operations:*** Support in warehouse operational management. Responsibilities * Ensure reliability of inventory records across all national dispatch centers. * Mitigate loss risks through frequent and thorough field audits. * Accurately manage supply parameters (maximums, minimums, reorder points). Requirements * *Technical Knowledge:* Advanced Excel proficiency, proven ERP/WMS experience, ability to analyze complex KPIs, and prepare executive reports. * *Competencies:* Analytical and strategic thinking, assertive communication, leadership, results orientation, problem-solving ability, and unwavering professional ethics. * Willingness to travel. * Own transportation is ideal.
