Junior Agricultural Engineer – Medicinal Cannabis (Subachoque) Are you a recent graduate or do you have up to 2 years of experience and are passionate about the medicinal cannabis industry? This is your opportunity to grow in a high-potential sector! Our company is currently seeking a **Junior Agricultural Engineer** to join our production team in **Subachoque, Cundinamarca**. If you are methodical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from experts, this position is for you! Offer Details: * **Location:** Subachoque, Cundinamarca (On-site). * **Experience:** 0–2 years (Recent graduates with relevant internships/theses are welcome!). * **Contract:** Indefinite Term – Full-time. Your Key Responsibilities: * Conduct phytosanitary monitoring (IPM) in greenhouses (pest and disease detection). * Supervise irrigation, fertigation, and preparation of nutrient solutions (pH and EC control). * Coordinate the operational team in cultural practices (pruning, trellising, defoliation, and harvesting). * Maintain rigorous field logbooks and records required by ICA to ensure traceability. * Support post-harvest processes (drying and storage). What Do You Need to Apply? * Graduate professional in **Agricultural Engineering** (with professional license or degree certificate / license in process). * Valuable (but not mandatory): Internships or thesis work on greenhouse crops (flowers, vegetables) or cannabis. * Basic knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and passion for agronomic research. * Highly organized, honest individual with leadership skills and ability to reside or commute to **Subachoque** (or nearby municipalities such as Facatativá, Madrid, El Rosal).
