You will serve as the first line of support for our data platform, collaborating on incident resolution, process automation, and continuous improvement of our operations. **What will you do in this role?** Provide support and respond to incidents on the data platform. Diagnose issues using dashboards, logs, and technical documentation. Track incidents to resolution, documenting root causes. ️ Execute operational processes and data validations. Create and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and support guides. Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement. Research new tools and Artificial Intelligence applications to optimize team workflows. Progressively grow into broader Data Engineering responsibilities. **What are we looking for?** **Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience (professional internships, personal projects, or bootcamps are considered). Proficiency in **Python, SQL, Git, and Linux**. ️ Basic experience with **AWS, GCP, or Azure** platforms. Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for documentation. Curiosity, proactivity, and strong desire to learn. Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and passion for innovation.
