DESCRIPTION We seek a professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in roles involving coordination of physical security operations and/or monitoring centers. This person will be responsible for coordinating and supervising monitoring operations, guaranteeing service continuity, quality, and timeliness, as well as the proper performance of the work team. REQUIREMENTS Requirements: * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination roles related to physical security, monitoring, or monitoring centers. * Demonstrable experience in personnel management and leadership. * Knowledge of operation and management of monitoring centers and electronic security systems. * Experience in incident tracking, risk analysis, and report generation. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and risk management. * Leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, and crisis management skills. * Availability to work in Cali.
