Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive professional to coordinate and schedule special passenger transportation services, with experience in operations management, supplier management, driver management, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and scheduling of special passenger transportation services. 2. Management and negotiation with public service vehicle providers. 3. Operational incident management and on-route contingency resolution. A national special passenger transportation company is seeking a committed, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team. Required Profile Technologist or graduate in Transportation Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience coordinating and scheduling special road passenger transportation services. Essential Knowledge and Experience * Planning, scheduling, and control of transportation operations. * Management, negotiation, and contracting of public service vehicle providers. * Coordination, monitoring, and control of drivers. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Preparation and analysis of fuel consumption and fuel control reports. * GPS fleet tracking and monitoring. * Development, execution, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Internal and external customer service and support. * Operational incident management and on-route contingency resolution.
