Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Documentation and Standardization Analyst to support the organization and structuring of information that will feed an in-house ERP system. Technology- and systems-focused approach in the metal-mechanical sector Multiherrajes S.A.S., a metal-mechanical company dedicated to manufacturing hardware and structures, is building an in-house ERP system for production, inventory, and cost management. We seek a Process Documentation and Standardization Analyst with a technology- and systems-oriented focus to support the organization and structuring of information that will feed the system’s development. Main Responsibilities * Organize, clean, and structure operational data: bills of materials (BOM), manufacturing routings, time standards, consumption rates, operation logs, and historical data. * Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or unrealistic values in data and propose corrections or supplements. * Translate operational processes into logical rules, formulas, and clear specifications to serve as input for ERP development. * Develop flowcharts, data schemas, and well-organized, version-controlled technical documentation. * Support advanced Excel usage, database logic, and basic SQL knowledge for queries, data cross-referencing, and reporting. * Translate shop-floor information into accessible technical language for the development team. Requirements * Technical, technological, or professional education in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. \[adjust level] * Experience in process documentation, mapping, and standardization. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation and cleaning). * Knowledge of databases and basic SQL concepts. * Proficiency with process and data flow diagramming tools. Desirable * Prior experience in the metal-mechanical or manufacturing sector. * Involvement in ERP implementation or development projects.
