Production Manager (m/f/d) Cartagena This position is based in an industrial laundry with over thirty years of experience in the sector, providing services to clients in the hotel, healthcare, socio-healthcare, and industrial sectors. The primary function involves managing and supervising the entire production chain within this environment. Responsibilities include organizing personnel—developing schedules, shifts, and timetables—as well as monitoring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ensuring quality throughout the production process and addressing customer needs are also required, including supervision of each stage to guarantee efficiency and compliance with standards. Support is provided to the team, including persons with disabilities, and follow-up tasks are performed for product dispatch, making necessary adjustments. Additionally, plant equipment is operated, and new projects are configured into the system. Work takes place in an industrial facility dedicated to large-scale textile washing and processing, operating at a dynamic and continuous pace. The contract is indefinite-term and full-time. We seek a responsible, proactive, committed individual with strong interpersonal skills. A degree in engineering or related field is preferred. Experience in production lines and proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office) are valued.
