Training of personnel on quality-related topics. **REPAN SAS**, a company dedicated to the production and commercialization of bakery products, is seeking a committed, organized, and compliance-focused **Quality Analyst** to strengthen its production plant team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the quality department through the implementation, monitoring, and control of quality management system processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and organizational requirements. Key responsibilities include providing support in developing and executing quality plans; verifying adherence to quality standards in production processes; documenting quality assurance evidence and records; training personnel on quality-related topics; preparing non-conformance reports; conducting internal audits and process inspections; and tracking continuous improvement plans. We seek Food Technology Technicians or Food Engineering students with experience in similar roles, analytical ability, attention to detail, teamwork skills, and proficiency in monitoring processes within manufacturing production plants. Offer includes an indefinite-term contract, a salary of **$2\.735\.000** during the two-month probationary period, increasing thereafter to **$3\.091\.000**, biweekly payment, rotating biweekly shifts, and benefits including payroll-deductible loans through banking institutions and credit for purchasing company products.
