TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice **Team Overview** This position is for a dynamic, agile, proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail, focused on enterprise information management with emphasis on credit bureaus and corporate finance. The candidate must possess strong interest and proficiency in information handling, database management, and information quality. Ensure compliance with data ingestion policies regarding data quality and consistency, and conduct follow-up to guarantee timely reporting.\u0026\u0023xa;\u0026\u0023xa;Monitor adherence to deadlines and quality standards for assigned information reports at all times. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. **Role Overview And Core Responsibilities** Responsibilities: * Administration and provisioning of information across enterprise platforms, databases, and other systems. * Additional operational duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Manage timely client report loading to maintain up-to-date information within defined timeframes. * Formulate, estimate, and anticipate potential changes in information reporting based on industry policies and applicable regulations, in order to assess associated impacts and effort levels. * Define and implement strategic plans to ensure client-reported information is loaded and updated accurately, guaranteeing its integrity and consistency. * Continuously monitor management indicators to validate achievement of established objectives. * Define and agree upon improvement plans with assigned entities to optimize response times. * Provide solutions to enhance information quality. **Required Knowledge And Experiences** Requirements: * Students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in digital information management and database administration using tools such as SQL, MySQL, or Oracle. * Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel. * Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. * High degree of initiative and proactive learning attitude. * Self-motivated individual with strong learning and research capabilities. **TransUnion Overview:** At TransUnion, we encourage and are committed to creating a real, positive impact and shared sense of purpose within our **Workforce for Good**, which empowers our people to grow, innovate and contribute to a better future for our communities and customers.
