The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper **technical, administrative, and financial** execution of the supervision contract, exercising control and oversight throughout all project phases, while ensuring compliance with current regulations, established schedules, and required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and control construction activities in accordance with design documents, technical specifications, and the contract. * Verify adherence to project schedules, budgets, and scope. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and technical regulations. * Prepare technical, administrative, and financial reports. * Coordinate with contractors, government entities, and other project stakeholders. * Guarantee the quality of completed work. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering**, with a valid professional license. * **Specialization related to roadways or infrastructure** (MANDATORY). **Experience:** * Minimum of **4 years’ experience in similar roles**, or * **2 years as a Resident Supervisory Engineer** on civil works projects. * Proven experience in **public or private infrastructure projects**.
