At Innovasoft Colombia, we are seeking our next Technology Director to lead the company’s technology strategy. **About the Role** You will be responsible for defining and leading Innovasoft’s technology strategy, ensuring the quality, security, scalability, and continuity of our software solutions. You will lead the engineering team (Developers, QA/Testers, DevOps, Scrum Master, IT Architect) and work closely with Product Management to ensure technical feasibility of the product roadmap. **Candidate Profile** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Specialization in Software Architecture, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Technology Management (preferred). * 6–9 years of software development experience, including at least 2–3 years leading technical teams. * Experience in software architecture, engineering best practices, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, IT budget management, and technology vendor management. **Technology Stack** * Languages: PHP, JavaScript, and Python * Frontend: React, Next.js, and Vue.js * Backend: Laravel, NestJS, and FastAPI * Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL **Employment Conditions** * Fixed-term contract for 3 months during the first year, with possibility of conversion to indefinite-term based on performance * Salary: COP $3.600.000 base + COP $2.400.000 non-statutory bonus (total COP $6.000.000), plus corporate benefits * Monthly payment (on the 30th) * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Work mode: On-site Work location: On-site employment
