Position Summary: We are seeking a Technologist in Architectural and Engineering Drafting with experience in Revit structural modeling to coordinate BIM structural models. Key Highlights: 1. Revit modeling of steel and concrete structures 2. Application of BIM methodology for structural models 3. Participation in coordination meetings and clash detection Technologist in Architectural and Engineering Drafting or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Revit modeling of steel and concrete structures for building, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Responsibilities * Model structural elements. * Produce structural drawings from the model. * Extract quantities of work. * Participate in coordination meetings. * Detect and report clashes. * Maintain project standards and templates. * Interpret structural drawings. * Generate drawings, construction details, and quantity take-offs. * Apply BIM methodology to develop and coordinate structural models, ensuring technical consistency, accuracy, and compatibility with other project disciplines. Knowledge * Basic knowledge of structural codes (NSR\-10 in Colombia). * Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Organization and adherence to deadlines. * Effective technical communication. * Proactivity in identifying inconsistencies.
