Your role will be crucial in defining the architecture, strategy, and standards enabling the team to deliver scalable automation, sharing the AI\-First philosophy to integrate AI as an accelerator in governance and metrics analysis. This is a unique strategic impact opportunity in an initial 9-week project with high potential for continuity, where you will act as a bridge between quality strategy and high-value technical execution. ### **Responsibilities** * Design automation architecture and test-level archetypes (integration/API, system, E2E), prioritizing component reuse. * Define and implement the automation strategy based on the automation pyramid, cost/benefit analysis, and contract testing. * Integrate automation execution cycles into CI/CD pipelines to enable Continuous Testing. * Design and implement the foundational repository (core framework) on Tosca (modules, folders, and Standard Modules). * Define a tool-agnostic, scalable governance framework across all business units (guidelines, RACI matrix, and lifecycle). * Coordinate branching strategy, versioning, and collaborative work in the multi-user Tosca Commander repository. * Monitor and record automation quality metrics (coverage, stability, ROI) to report value to stakeholders. * Promote responsible and ethical use of AI as an accelerator within the approved corporate stack. ### **Requirements** **Education:** Graduate professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields. **Experience:** Proven extensive experience defining test automation architecture and governance, with strong hands-on expertise using Tricentis Tosca in SAP business environments and processes. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Tricentis Tosca (Tosca Commander, Standard Modules, TDM, DEX). * Automation governance frameworks (RACI, branching, versioning, metrics, ROI). * Management and ALM tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence). * CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or Jenkins. * SAP environments (GUI, Web) and API automation. * Databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL). * AI tools and coding assistants (GitHub Copilot). * Certifications: Tricentis Tosca (AS1/AS2 or Optionals) and ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL) required.
