Continuously monitor compliance with assigned information deliveries and reports, guaranteeing timeliness and quality of results.\&\#xa;\&\#xa;This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. **Role Overview And Core Responsibilities** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years in IT Analyst or similar roles. * Proficiency in database management, including SQL, query creation, functions, and/or stored procedures. * Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, or other analytical tools. * Knowledge of defining, tracking, and managing KPIs and data quality metrics. * Experience generating reports and cross-analyzing databases. * Basic knowledge of process automation, preferably with tools such as Python. \#LI\-Hybrid \#LI\-SO1 **Required Knowledge And Experiences** * Lead, analyze, and optimize data operations processes to improve DATA efficiency and quality. * Develop and maintain data models, flowcharts, prioritization techniques, and data structures to support analysis requirements and needs. * Develop tailored functional requirements that are clear, complete, and achievable, enabling documentation and prioritization based on importance and urgency. * Manage and track requirement changes in DATA, ensuring appropriate communication to all stakeholders and development according to specifications. * Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions or development deliverables meet and satisfy initial requirements. * Track assigned projects and report progress on activities. * Collaborate with technology and business teams to design and implement data solutions satisfying process and/or user needs. * Document process activities to improve efficiency, prevent errors, and ensure quality of performed processes. * Manage and monitor timely loading of supplier/customer reports under your responsibility to ensure up-to-date information, guaranteeing its quality and integrity. * Manage and support entities per established segmentation policies to ensure proper information management. * Formulate, estimate, and anticipate potential changes in supplier-provided information reports, per sector policies and applicable regulations, to assess impacts and effort levels involved. * Generate initiatives and rules enabling improvement and optimization of data processes handled within the process, to ensure greater effectiveness and quality. * Perform testing and monitoring of information loading policies’ correct operation to ensure an effective process. * Compare the evolution of the information quality indicator for each client entity to provide feedback and maintain high quality standards. * Continuously monitor indicators to validate whether established objectives are being achieved. * Propose optimization of inconsistent and non-reported results delivery through process automation to improve information management. * Define and agree upon improvement plans with involved areas to optimize response times to user entities.
