At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Objective** * Identify, design, and implement automations and solutions that optimize BAU processes in Back Office, Valuation, and Investments, reducing manual activities, operational time, rework, and error risk. **Profile** * Professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with 2 to 4 years of experience in development, automation, report generation, or implementation of technological solutions. * Desired experience in the financial sector, investments, or similar operational/transactional processes, and direct work with end users. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Knowledge** * Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases, including queries, joins, validations, and data extraction. * Python for process development and automation. * Experience in developing and automating reports and reporting. * Proficiency in Excel, file handling, APIs, and information integration. * Current automation tools such as Power Automate, RPA, or similar. * Knowledge of AI applied to automation, information analysis, and process optimization. * Power BI, Git, and cloud technologies are desirable. **Competencies** * Critical and analytical thinker, proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working directly with users, understanding operations, and identifying improvement opportunities.
