**Job Description**
As a **Bilingual Administrative Assistant**, you will provide remote administrative support to U.S. law firms and medical providers. You will be a key part of daily operations, ensuring clear communication and efficient information management.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Answer telephone calls in English with a high level of professionalism.
* Manage calendars and schedule appointments in an organized manner.
* Organize, classify, and manage physical and digital documentation.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Support general administrative tasks with attention to detail.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum English level **B2** (bilingual preferred).
