Job Summary: This role ensures management of the Compliance Policy Rating (CPR) to identify and address seller and product non-compliances, thereby mitigating business risks and ensuring adherence to procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the CPR to mitigate legal, reputational, and financial risks. 2. Analyzes non-compliance alerts and prepares CPR reports. 3. Actively participates in the CPR Committee and manages post-blocking processes. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure CPR management to identify and address seller and product non-compliances, mitigating potential business risks. Ensure proper management of the Compliance Policy Rating (CPR), contributing to the timely identification, assessment, and resolution of seller and product non-compliances, in order to mitigate legal, reputational, and financial risks to the business. Execute and comprehensively monitor the Compliance Policy Rating (CPR) process, validating non-compliances associated with products and sellers, as well as their correct weighting and risk categorization. Analyze non-compliance alerts arising from product reviews, audits, customer service complaints (SAC), negative reviews, irregular pricing, pending certifications, and possible infringements of intellectual and industrial property regulations. Prepare, maintain, and update CPR reports by country, consolidating relevant information for decision-making. Execute and control preventive and definitive account blocking processes, ensuring procedural compliance, appropriate internal and external communication, and proper documentation of evidence. Manage contacts or inquiries arising from the CPR process, providing timely and technically sound responses to seller and internal department requests. Actively participate in the CPR Committee, presenting risk analyses, technical background, and recommendations regarding seller blocking, maintenance, or reactivation under evaluation; as well as defining, monitoring, and closing agreed-upon action plans with sellers within established timelines. Manage post-blocking processes, such as payment activation, post-reactivation audits, and intensive follow-up, in accordance with timelines and conditions defined in the procedure. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365) * University degree in Administration, Engineering, Law, or a field related to the company’s industry * Analytics/reporting tools, monitoring tools, ticketing tools, Salesforce **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
