Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in administrative and technical direction and coordination of civil engineering projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in executive and project coordination roles for civil engineering projects 2. Leadership in the execution of civil works and construction projects 3. Knowledge of financial statements, cost management, and progress report administration * **Title:** Civil Engineer or Architect. * **General Experience:** Minimum five (5) years in executive or administrative and technical project coordination roles for civil engineering projects. Proven experience with construction companies or infrastructure sector entities. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum three (3) years of experience leading the execution of civil works or construction projects. Knowledge and experience in managing project financial statements, work cut-offs, and preparing technical reports and quantity surveys. Experience in cost control, budget monitoring, and deviation analysis. Experience in managing progress reports, construction committees, and interaction with third-party oversight and/or technical supervision. * **Additional Education:** Specialization in Project Management and/or related fields. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. * **Location:** Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon.
